We hope that you are and your family are safe and healthy during this trying time. We want to let you know that we will continue to be available to you to take care of your cardiovascular needs throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Smithtown and Bay Shore offices remain open and staffed by doctors daily and we are continuing to perform cardiac testing and procedures as clinically indicated.
We are adhering to all CDC and Department of Health guidelines to try to ensure the safety of our patients.
- All staff and patients are wearing masks and we have organized our offices to maximize social distancing.
- If you prefer, you are able to check in over the phone and wait in your car until we are ready to bring you into an examination room.
- Patients with fever, cough or COVID-19 exposure are asked not to come into the office.
- The office and all equipment are thoroughly cleaned throughout the day and after each patient encounter.
*** In addition, we are available for Telehealth (video) and telephone visits at any time. ***
Even if you are not ready to come to the office to see the doctor, it is a good idea to touch base with him/her to discuss your symptoms, medications and any planned cardiac testing via a Telehealth visit. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office at any time. Our thoughts are with all of our patients and their families during this unprecedented time and we remain here for you in whatever capacity you need.
Stay safe!
