Adult Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology
A Long Island native, Dr. Littman completed his residency in internal medicine as well as subspecialty fellowship training in cardiovascular disease at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. After two years in private practice in New Jersey, Dr. Littman returns to Long Island to join the Suffolk Heart Group.
Dr. Littman is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Littman specializes in noninvasive cardiology and performs the full spectrum of consultative and diagnostic cardiology including stress testing and transesophageal echocardiography. He has a special interest in the preventative approach to cardiovascular disease, including optimization of blood pressure and lipid management.
Dr. Littman has clinical privileges at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, and St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown. He is currently seeing new patients in both our Smithtown and Bay Shore offices.
Dr. Littman is married and has one child.
